Visionary

We offer synchronized, searchable transcripts with exhibits for review at your convenience. You can also make selections from the keyword index. Exhibits are listed and incorporated with the transcript and portions of the text can be selected from the transcript or exhibits to be placed in a clip list for fast, easy designated editing. These transcripts are also available for download as needed, so you can have peace of mind knowing that your transcripts will always be accessible wherever you are.

Condensed/Word Index

Our standard format is four pages of transcript to each page printed. A word index is also provided for easy and convenient keyword search. You’ll find our transcripts to be efficient and navigable.

E-TRAN/ASCII

We provide an electronic copy of your transcripts via email or CD for easy access. This electronic copy is available as an E-Transcript or ASCII file that conforms to legal industry standards.

Interpreters

Lowery & Associates has a network of trusted and respected interpreters available in a variety of languages. These interpreters specialize in legal interpretation and will make sure that translations are accurate and communicate the nuance of the source.

Conference rooms

Lowery & Associates has two large, comfortable and professional conference rooms. These conference rooms can easily accommodate up to 10 people.

Video Depositions

Lowery & Associates has high-quality video depositions with crisp, clear audio. Our legal videographers use 3CCD chip professional cameras to capture each deposition. Our Elmo P-10 digital document presenters allow us to edit images of necessary documents directly into the video, live, during the deposition. Our team will arrive early and be set up and ready to go at or before the scheduled start time and our production turnaround is quick and efficient, taking only a few days. We offer several video deposition formats, depending on your needs: DVD, mpeg-1 DVD or CD-ROM, and synchronized mpeg-1 DVD or CD.

COURTROOM PRESENTATION

Lowery & Associates is always prompt and professional when needed at court. We offer quality in courtroom presentation with 3000 Lumen projectors and pop-up high resolution screens with premium Bose speakers. Also available is an Elmo P-10 digital document presenter for use by our clients in court. When you leave your courtroom presentation to us, you’ll get state-of-the art, crystal clear, and unquestionable quality.

VIDEO TO TRANSCRIPT SYNCHRONIZATION

We combine video depositions and written transcripts that sync word for word. This allows you to edit on the fly and accurately make designations for presentation to the jury. The synchronized file is produced in a format that is compatible with most trial presentation software programs, including InData XML, Visionary, Sanction MDB, Summation SBF and Trial Director.

Day In the life videos

If your client is seriously injured or disabled as a result of an accident or negligence, we can film a “day in the life video” to accurately demonstrate the struggles of daily activity after the event. We will show the challenges that your clients and their caregivers face in a video, edited to a duration of less than one hour.

VIDEO/AUDIO CONVERSION

Lowery & Associates offers video and audio conversion to our clients. Our experience with courtroom presentation and legal videography means that we understand how to format your video and audio to meet the standards of the courtroom. We can convert audio cassettes, VHS or S-VHS tapes, digital tapes, or mpeg-4 to mpeg-1 on a CD or DVD for use with trial presentation software. We can also provide a written transcript of your files.
